Non-Return-to-Zero, 1 and 0 represented by high and low levels

Real-World Applications

USB interface data transmission and 100Base-TX Ethernet use NRZ or its variant line codes. It is the simplest and most direct, but due to DC components, it is not suitable for long-distance optical fiber or transformer-coupled transmission.

Experiment Steps

1. NRZ-L: 1=High, 0=Low
2. NRZ-I: Invert on 1, No change on 0
